How can we help?
Start with the quick fixes below. When contacting support, include your phone model, Android version, and what you were trying to do. Never send a password or authentication code.
Maps or live search are not loading
Confirm that the phone has internet access, then retry once. Saved trips and imported documents remain on the device, but live place and route data require a connection. Some regions do not provide step-by-step transit details to external apps; use the Google Maps handoff shown for that travel leg.
A saved document will not open
Open Saved and confirm the document is still listed. Imported files are stored inside DayRoamer on that phone. They are removed if DayRoamer is uninstalled, its app data is cleared, or the account is deleted in the app.
Sign-in or password help
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen for an email/password account. For Google sign-in, choose the same Google account originally used with DayRoamer.
Delete an account
In DayRoamer, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use our browser deletion flow.
